How do I make a booking?

For a quick booking of the car service, you better make a reservation is through our “Online Quotes & Reservations” page on our website or simply call our customer support. Once we receive your reservation, we will check all the information and send you a confirmation.

Where will my driver meet me at the location and how much waiting time is included?

Your driver will meet you in an exact destination where you are and they will confirm everything in advance. Also, you will receive exact instructions of the meeting point in your email confirmation when you make the booking, as well as the driver, will call you to know where you are and from where to pick up. For airport pickup, we ensure using your flight number to track your flight so that your driver is waiting for you when you land. We also monitor delays and update the time we send your driver in accordingly. We can wait 15-30 minutes for you and after this waiting time fees are charged accordingly.

What is your cancellation policy?

We do have a cancellation policy, which has made to help you to give great benefits and peace of mind. In order to cancel a reservation, please call on xx-xxx-xxx. Cancellations must be received at least two hours in advance of the service pickup time for pickups. And the reservations for service elsewhere may require 4 to 24 hours cancellation, especially for sedan and SUV service days for buses.
